Federal law protects you from unexpected medical bills.
at Restore Podiatry, we're committed to full transparency about costs before any treatment
begins, so you can make informed decisions about your care with complete confidence.
Passed as part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 and effective January 1, 2022, the No Surprises Act protects patients from unexpected, or “surprise”, medical bills in situations where they had limited choice over which provider treated them. It ensures you are only ever charged what you’d expect to pay based on your coverage, and that uninsured patients receive a written cost estimate before treatment begins.
The No Surprises Act reflects exactly how we’ve always believed healthcare billing should work. At Restore Podiatry, financial clarity is not a legal obligation, it’s a core part of how we treat patients.
When your get any of our treatments, you can expect:
Clear cost
estimates upfront.
Billing questions
answered promptly.
Full compliance,
always.
Let’s get you moving comfortably again
