The patient presented with multiple recalcitrant plantar warts that had persisted for 2 years. Previous treatment modalities—including intralesional injections, regular debridement, and topical cantharidin—were unsuccessful in achieving resolution. The patient underwent a course of five Swift Microwave Therapy sessions. Following completion of treatment, all plantar warts had fully resolved, with no recurrence to date.
