Lunula Laser For Stubborn Toenail Fungus

Nov 6, 2024

How does the Lanula Laser work?

The Lunula laser uniquely has two different wavelengths. One at 635 nm and another at 405 nm. This combination of the wavelengths is critical.

In that, the 635 nm diode produces nitric oxide, and the 405 nm diode is the best producer of reactive oxygen species, both within the visible light spectrum.

The 635 nm laser-enhanced mitochondrial energy metabolism will generate nitric oxide, and this is combined with the 405 nm laser, which generates ROS (reactive oxygen species) and produces peroxynitrite.

The byproduct is cytotoxic and destroys pathogenesis, bacteria, fungi, and protozoa. Peroxynitrite is formed when nitric oxide reacts with reactive species, and fungal cell destruction is triggered by the cytotoxic effect of peroxynitrite.

This is how Lunula Laser works.
