Tip 1- Stretching Exercise
Fasciitis often results from tightness in the ligament and tendons; stretching exercises can help elevate this tightness and reduce pain. Try stretching your calf muscle, Achilles tendon, and the bottom of your foot regularly with the towel stretching.
Tip 2- Ice Massage
Ice massage or a frozen water bottle can be incredibly calming and relaxing for Plantar Fasciitis. Roll a frozen water bottle or use an ice pack on the bottom of your foot for 5 to 10 minutes every day; this helps reduce inflammation.
Tip 3- Support Footwear Wearing
Supportive footwear is crucial for managing Plantar Fasciitis. Find your shoe with good arch support and cushioning to restrain strain on your feet. Also, consider using prefabricated insoles or custom orthotic inserts for additional support.
