Hi, my name is Gayle. I came to Dr. Bhela because I had some pain in my left foot. I noticed the pain after I returned from vacation.

I have been walking a lot in flip-flops, and I have flat feet. I also had bunions, and I started getting this excruciating pain in the heel of my foot. I didn’t know what to do or where to go.

I came across Dr. Bhela’s Podiatry office in Hicksville. I just saw it online and said, “You know what? Let me give it a try.”

I came here, and he was very nice. He said, “I can heal you, but it’s going to take a couple of treatments.”

I changed my slippers—I no longer wear flat slippers—and now wear the nice flip-flops they have here in the office, which is also helping with the healing process.

I started in December last year, 2023. It is now October 2024, and I’m feeling no pain. When I tell you I get out of bed, I don’t have any pain. I’m just grateful. Thank you.
